I’m happy to say. I’m back!
It has been several months since I have been able to write.
I fell and dislocated my shoulder. I didn’t realise I had done this for about a week. Couldn’t move, the pain just too intense. I couldn’t lie down, so stuck in my chair for a long time. Even breathing was painful.
My life seemed to be on hold. I couldn’t do anything. The telly was just on, but nothing was happening. The thinking was impossible. It was all about my arm and staying still.
The best position was when I could slowly move my arm above my head, with my forearm resting on top of it. It was while moving, when there was an almighty clunk in my shoulder and an excruciating pain. Then the pain subsided, and I could breathe again.
My arm still aches, but nothing like before. I didn’t think I would ever use my arm again and this worried me more than I can say.
However, I’m moving and can cope with a bit of discomfort.
I am hoping to be out on my wheelchair this weekend!
Restrictions permitting of course!
What do you think of the voice… weird or what?
Please comment on anything I have said. Thank You!
