I’m not talking about drinking; I’m talking about drinking!
My daughter has been on to me to drink more as I’ve had a few headaches hanging around.
Then as I sat here and I’ve been up for about 6 hours, I’ve only had one cup of coffee, and that was first thing.
I realised that I’m not drinking that much and to be honest, I don’t think about it. It is the same for eating. Without my automatic reminders, I don’t think I would bother.
So, I’ve got to do something about it. I’ll add a calendar reminder to get a drink every few hours. See if this helps, it can’t do any harm.
Think about it now. When did you last have a drink?
