I had my blogs automatically posted to FB, or I thought I did, but I couldn’t find them. So, I opened FB, clicked on the little Home icon and put a link there. I lost them too! I tried clicking on my profile picture and adding them there. It seemed to work, but shouldn’t it be simple, or is it just me!? Why isn’t there just one place to post!? I still don’t know, so where is the best place?
Then there was the friends’ thing… you know that bar at the top with loads and loads of people that want to be friends. They seem to be mutual friends of mutual friends? I’m sure I should know some, and maybe I would like to know more, but who are they?
Then there is the no talking policy! It’s the same on Twitter; nobody says anything with words. They just add emoji to speak. I suppose this is how we have always conversed in the past, but we didn’t have pictures or FB then.
For example, in Kettlebrook, the heart of Tamworth and capital of the World, we had a unique language consisting mainly of single words or terms, such as Cornt, doont, ner, or even arr. So, I suppose it is not surprising that images would replace such a sophisticated word system. Pointing was popular then too!
I went to the zoo once and at the monkey house. I’m sure they used the same language. Talking to monkeys is not a good thing to do in front of others!
Then there are the emojis themselves. Do you know what they all mean? They seem to mean different things to different people. I’ve had several made up as a sentence and have no idea what the hell they are talking about!
Well, I suppose it must be me, so I’ll give it another go and see if I can make it to the end of the year!
I suppose really, rather than going on, I could have said … oh bugger, I can’t add emojis here!
